I understand this application remains current for only 6 months. Incomplete applications will not be accepted or processed.

Further, I understand I am required to sign a Binding Arbitration Agreement with Texoma Community Center.
I also understand that if I am hired, I will be required to provide proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States and federal immigration requires me to complete an I-9 Form in this regard. I recognize TCC participates in E-Verify and that TCC will provide the Social Security Administration (SSA) and, if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) with information from my I-9 Form to confirm work authorization.
I understand TCC is a tobacco free organization and use of tobacco products is prohibited in or on all buildings, grounds, parking lots, and sidewalks adjacent to TCC properties.
I agree to take a physical examination, including a drug screen, at any time, at the request of TCC, and agree that the examining physician may disclose the findings to this facility or an authorized agent of this facility as it relates to the essential functions of my job only.
I understand that TCC operates divisions 24 hours a day, seven days a week and that weekend work or temporary changes of shift may be required during employment.
